----Education was an organizing principle in Geneva, where nine of the town's 14 founders held university degrees. The History Center honors the commitment of Geneva's founders by helping teachers integrate local history into existing curricula and by telling Geneva's story through diverse media.

----In the new Geneva History Center enhanced exhibits, improved access to archives and increased seating in the new public hall will allow us to host more than one event at a time and to accommodate more participants for programs and performances.
